Day 1
Today you’ll explore Söderköping on your own before checking in at your chosen accommodation for the night.
Tips:

- The ice cream parlour Smultronstället is a must-visit while you're in Söderköping!
- Climb up Ramunderberget and enjoy the magnificent view over the entire town.
Accommodation is provided either at the cosy hostel Slussen Rum or the historic hotel Söderköpings Brunn, both located just a stone’s throw from the canal.
Day 2
Time to board the M/S Athene for a delightful cruise to Mem, where the Göta Canal meets the sea.

14:15 Return arrival in Söderköping
Lunch can be added at the next booking step if desired.
After the boat tour, meet your guide directly at the dance pavilion by the harbour for a guided walk through Söderköping’s medieval quarters. For about an hour, you’ll stroll through parts of the town, experience its charming neighbourhoods, and hear historical anecdotes. Along the way, you’ll learn about events in both present-day and historical Söderköping, exciting archaeological discoveries, and the oldest known medieval costume in the Nordic countries.
