This package combines relaxing accommodation with a classic boat cruise through the magnificent Berg Locks – one of the most beloved spots along the Göta Canal! Day 1
Check-in at your accommodation is from 3:00 pm, but we recommend arriving in Berg earlier to fully enjoy the wonderful atmosphere by the canal. In the Berg area you will find cafés and restaurants – don’t miss watching the boats pass through the famous Carl Johan’s Staircase of Locks.
We also warmly recommend a walk of a few kilometres to the chocolate town of Ljungsbro, home to the Cloetta chocolate and confectionery outlet.
Day 2
M/S Wasa Lejon departs from Berg Basin at 10:00 am. You will cruise through open, idyllic countryside, passing locks, bridges and even two aqueducts. The boat returns to Berg at 5:30 pm.
