William is a guitarist and singer with a great passion for the older literary ballad. He mainly interprets Ruben Nilson (1893-1971) but also Carl-Michael Bellman (1740-1795), Gustaf Fröding (1860-1911), Dan Andersson (1888-1920) and Fred Åkerström (1937-1985) and others. In 2024, William made his recording debut under his own name with the critically acclaimed album "En bättre värld: William Bülow O'Nils sjunger Ruben Nilson" where he, together with his friend, producer and fellow musician Daniel Östersjö, takes a new approach to the ballads of the poet, painter and tinsmith Ruben Nilson. An album where traditional Swedish ballads meet rusty Americana tones. The album was very well received with top ratings in HYMN and Hi-Fi music and was named the 2024 Song Album of the Year by the music magazine LIRA.
We open the food and drink service at 3:00 PM. The concert starts at 7:00 PM and takes place outdoors. Dress for the weather.
