Adjacent to the farm shop's is Restaurant Bettina where you can enjoy a good lunch, hold conferences or just have a good cup of coffee with homebaked cakes. History about the Musteri
The year was the 1941 when the farmer Carl Gösta Kjellin had had enough of seeing the garden's lovely fruit go to waste. He wanted to take advantage of what nature gave. A small press was rigged up in the basement of the mansion, and this is where the first bottle of Apple Juice was made at Brunneby. The interest in refining fruit turned out to be great.

The company grew and soon the processing included apple, blackcurrants, strawberries, raspberries, cherries and rhubarb. The processed juice was bottled and sold under Brunneby's label. Some of the juice was sold to pharmacies to flavor medicines.

Juice all the way
In 1970 Carl Gösta leased out the farming to fully devote himself to the Musteri. In 1979 the company was taken over by his son and daughter, Gunnar Kjellin and Eva Golbe. They have since then run the company together. Today the Musteri has 15 full-time employees and a turnover of 40 million per year.
