Rest stop with wind shelter at Norrkvarn

The Norrkvarn rest stop is located on the west side of the canal, inside a grove opposite the old mill, which now houses Norrqvarn Hotel & Conference. There is both a fire pit and a wind shelter here, making it a good stop on the road, no matter what time of year you come here.

Nearby is one of the Göta Canal's public works of art, Rosa eko – inre eld (Pink echo – inner fire).
