Experience Göta canal by hike, pack your backpacks enjoy the whether during autumn, after a long day with hike you will stay at Pensionat Prästgården.

DAG 1: Töreboda & Göta kanal, hike 5-40 km
Start your day by checking in at Pensionat Prästgården (hotel standard) . Here you will be invited to Swedish fika (coffee and cake) and give you a walkthrough and give you a review of maps for your tour. The hiking trail along the Göta Canal goes almost right outside the door. Fill your backpack with the good lunch you get from Prästgården, also take the opportunity to fill your thermos with something warm to drink.

DAG 2: Töreboda
Start the day with a breakfast at Prästgården. If you want to you can hike this day also, we have maps and route we recommend. You have to take your own car to get here.
Our recomendations:

• Tivedens national park, 41 km from Prästgården and take around 50 min to drive there. Tiveden is a preserve with a lot of nature trail.
• Kinnekulle, 48km from Prästgården and take around 45 minutes with car.
  Kinnekule -“ The blooming mountain”, here you will find a lot of flowers and plants. Kinnekulle is one of Sweden's mesa with a magnificent nature and consists of five rocks stored on the bedrock.
• Billingen, 44 km frpm Prästgården and takes around 40 min to drive there. Here you will also find a mesa with a lot of nature trail, one of them is the trail of Billingen, 57km. There is also shorter alternatives between 3-10 km.
  
  Here you will find a waterfall called “Silverfallet” and is a part of the preserve.
