Welcome to the Göta Canal bonus club - Locking Up

Membership
You become a member in the Göta Canal bonus club Locking Up by choosing it in your profile on My Account or when you become a new customer. Your diccount will be activated when you log in to buy a ticket.

Terms & Conditions

• Valid from the year that you start your membership. Your discount applies from the year after your first trip.
• The discount only applies to an ordinary ticket on the high season price (not valid for "Miniresan", “Per Lock Ticket” or Trollhätte Canal). Tickets are booked and paid for online. 
• To maintain your level in the Locking Up club, you must buy a new ticket within 3 years; otherwise you lock down to the ground level again.
• All types of tickets count towards the bonus except for “Per Lock Ticket” and tickets on the Trollhätte Canal.
• Your earned bonus is personal and can only be used once per season; the Göta Canal Company reserves the right to demand full price for the ticket if these rules are not followed.
• Membership and its benefits are personal.
• The Göta Canal Company reserves the right to change the membership terms and benefits or terminate the bonus club.

Handling of personal information
In order to manage your membership of the bonus club “Locking Up”, AB Göta kanalbolag will be handling your personal information. The information that is collected and handled consists of contact information such as your name, address, phone number and email address, as well as information about your trips on the Göta Canal. The information will only be handled by AB Göta kanalbolag's staff. De-identified information that cannot be traced back to any individual, may however be provided to external partners such as companies providing travel, tourism and hotel services and recreational goods. Your personal information will be handled by us as long as you remain a member of the customer club. 

You are entitled to receive information on what personal information is being handled and how it is being handled, free of charge, once per calendar year, pursuant to a written request. You can then also request correction of the personal information that is being handled. By joining the bonus club “Locking Up” customer club, you consent to AB Göta kanalbolag's handling of your personal information pursuant to the above.
